Yu Hotel, Candolim

Worst place I have stayed put in my multiple travels to Goa over the years... having to pay taxes amounting to 8000+ which are nowhere mentioned on booking.com booking confirmation to sub standard service and facilities - has been my worst choice to date....

Room space was good also the staff like security, receptionist was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

In resturant the staff service was very slow. If we order something we have to wait for a while.

Not so clean,balcony locks were not working,dust in ac point

The room was big and really comfortable and the staff were really helpful resolving issues and helping to organise our airport transfer.

- We had an issue where our bathroom lights stopped working in the middle of the night. - The shower didn’t maintain a constant temperature, quickly changing from hot to cold. - At check in we were told breakfast included but then in the morning we were told it wasn’t. - Our bathroom wasn’t fully equipped when we arrived, missing a hand towel and an additional toilet roll. For the price you would hope not to encounter these issues.

From the time we checked in till about 10 pm the staff could not get the key card to work they had to use the master card and a paper was stuffed in the card holder. With the change of staff from morning to evening I had to explain my concern to 4 different people. Moreover the staff’s suggestion to the problem of the key card not being able to unlock the door was call your staff anytime we need to unlock the door instead of solving the key card issue. Absolutely felt like I wasted my money will not recommend to friends or family
