"A good studio place at heart of Nis"

This is a great little spot—cozy, but perfect for a short stay like ours. While the parking is next door, which isn't a big issue, it might be a bit inconvenient for those with large luggage. The room was clean, and the location is conveniently close to the city center. Dining options and a supermarket are also nearby, making it quite practical.
