The apartment building is a little bit scruffy. It needs upgrading. The apartment itself was very comfortable, spacious and had lots of beds. It was however a little dated and could benefit from some modernisation

Perfect location: 1 minute to the subway and a famous park. Downstair has a 7-11 store. A lot of dishes and cups.

No air conditioner in the room, only one AC in the living room. No tumble dryer. Only one bathroom with toilet, which may cause trouble for 6 people.

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、トラブルにも最善の対応をして下さいました！返信や電話の対応もとても丁寧で素早く、本当に有り難かったです！ 繁華街からも近くて、飲食店も多く、歩いて行けるのが良かったです！

空調の調子が良くなかったのが残念でしたが、その対応もとても丁寧でした！

Sound insulation need to improve.

This apartment is clean, bright, has a nice view and is very close to Nakajima-Koen Park subway entrance. It was also above a 7-11 and close to lots of seicomart convenience shops and a pharmacy. The bedding and towels were clean and nice quality - All 5 beds were double size with 2 pillows and could have slept 2 people. We had a group of 5 and that was super nice for the apartment size. There is 1 toilet/bathroom. The water temperature and pressure was good in the shower. The heating is very good as there is an Aircon, a gas heater and also small electric heaters in each room. The apartment seems like a newer apartment so it has double glazed windows so the apartment is not drafty. the checkin procedure was super quick and easy. The host was quick to answer questions. Wifi was very good. The washing machine was good to have and we could hang the clothes to dry over night so a dryer wasn't required. The apartment came with soap, shampoo etc and laundry detergent which was very convenient. The kitchen was japan sized (small) and had a kettle, small fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and a few pots as well as knife, fork, spoon plates, cups etc. There is a sharp knife too but it was a bit hard to find. Ask the host if you can't see it. We didnt use the dining table as it felt too narrow to set it up because that area is also a walkway to the bedroom. The kitchen was OK to make simple things using a kettle, microwave, a pot/frypan or to cut fruit. There was no toaster or any condiment type things. We didnt go to any nearby restaurants as we had 3 kids with us but there was a cute looking place right under/ next to the apartment down the lane that goes along the little creek. We ended up buying food from the seicomart and 7-11 conveient stores which were ok and open all the time. Nakajima koen was a lovely park. It was snowy while we were there and the kids could play on the sled hill and also just play in the snow.

Toilet/bathroom area and luggage storage in general might be limiting if you had lots of people.
