The capsule itself is super private. The staff are so helpful.

That every room doesny have door. The capsules are private but the room that houses only girls for example doesn't have a door. So while your luggage is open or you're just waking up needing to get something out your locker everyone in the passage can see you. Also the hair in the basins and shower. That's so yuk! 🤢🤮

I loved the capsules had everything you needed. Was well air conditioned. Staff were lovely. Bathrooms were very clean.

Needs a common area to sit and make friends or to have a coffee. We didn't realise that there was no mixed Dorm so me and my husband slept in separate dorms which isn't an issue but there was no area to meet that we could sit and have a chat before bed. Also everywhere was really clean apart from the mattress of the pod. The mattress needs hoovered. There's hair and dirt all over the mattress and the bottom sheet had slight marks on it which wasn't a huge deal I assumed it had been washed.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The place is very clean, cleaned daily, fresh towel, toothbrush/toothpaste and bottle of water also provided daily. Good facilities, bathroom is spacious and well maintained - shower is big and pretty good. Room is spacious and comfortable however wifi and power outlets are an issue.

My only issues with the place was the wifi and the capsules power outlets. The wifi in the capsule literally did not work my entire stay, i tried several times but nothing. luckily i had local data but this could be problematic if you need to do any work. The power outlets in the capsule were limited to just USB - no USB-C for iPhones and no plug socket capacity for laptops etc… Other than these 2 aspects everything else was great.
