La ubicacion es muy buena, el desayuno es bueno considerando el costo

Los meseros no dan el mejor servicio, pedi unas tortillas y nunca llegaron, las pedi 3 veces y es increible que aun asi nunca llegaron, preparan huevos al gusto, eso es muy bueno perp sin embargo tardan mucho en dartelos

"Good hotel bad staff training and bad service"

Location and highway access

Staff attitude and manners. The management should work harder on getting service focused staff. It seems that front desk people is only focused on doing everything harder for customers.

"Ojalá devuelvan la botella de vino que se "perdió". Hotel muy malo. No vale lo que cobra."

El hotel simplemente NO CUMPLE las expectativas de las fotos y publicidad

El desayuno, muy malo (sdabor variedad, platos, etc) los omelettes que preparan no limpian la plancha, pasados de aceite descompuesto; gimnasio sucio y con máquinas mal mantenidas y aire acondicionado en mal estado; aseo de habitación deficiente y "dudoso" se "perdió" una botella de vino (regalo costoso) de un día para otro; empleados de lavandería torpes y mal educados que interrumpen y tocan la puerta de la habitación temprano en la mañana a ver si uno "quiere servicio"
