MaMo Surf Morocco

The staff is so kind. The place is chill. I liked the rooftop. They have a kitchen also so you can cook. View is great :)

My key didn’t work, or I was having a hard time opening the door. The shower is the opposite, where it says hot is cold and where is cold is hot. The location was a little far for me from the main street and I was scared of all the stray dogs around.

I only got to stay one night at Mamo surf hostel, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Simo and his friends are amazing hosts. They welcomed my friends and I with open arms, cooking us traditional rfisa and filling the night with great conversation and lots of entertainment. Simo was super generous and helpful with everything we needed, had an exceptional night with lots of memories, and I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

MaMo was an amazing place to stay, the highlight being the people we run the hostel who made sure we felt absolutely welcome and at home! They even prepared local cuisine for the guests upon request and we dined as a family! They go out of their way to help the guests. I would love to come back and surf with all of them again!

I had a wonderful experience at MaMo Surf Morocco! The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and everything was in great condition. It’s also very quiet and conveniently located near all the attractions. The staff, Walid and Simo, were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The included breakfast was a delightful touch! I truly enjoyed my time here. This definitely won’t be my last time to visit!

My stay at Mamo Surf Morocco hostel was a great experience that I can recommend for both a short getaway and a longer stay, especially for digital nomads. Located in picturesque Taghazout, right by the ocean, the hostel offers clean and comfortable rooms, and the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Stable Wi-Fi and pleasant workspaces make it an excellent base for remote work. Tasty breakfasts and a relaxing lounge area overlooking sunsets complete the package. Rating: 10/10 - I will definitely be back!

A place to come back! I really enjoyed my stayed in the shared room. Everyone has enough space, each bed has a place to charge phone and small lamp. The rooftop is perfect to watch sunsets and enjoy boards games. Wi-Fi works great and I really like the breakfast.
