"Casa boa e nova mas com necessidades de infraestrutura"

Gostei da fácil localização e da limpeza.

Não gostei da ventilação, uma casa muito quente sem ar condicionado e com ventiladores de péssima qualidade que não ventilam nada, um calor insuportável para conseguir dormir, além de não ter internet.
