La struttura era in un ottima posizione, stazione degli autobus e dei treni molto vicine. La casa era dotata di tutti i comfort e procedura per il check-in semplice.

Il letto era leggermente scomodo e c'era presenza di polvere sulle cornici dei quadri/specchio. Utensili della cucina da rilavare. Migliorare la pulizia.
