I was denied stay as in their system there was no booking reflecting though in booking.com I had a confirmed booking. Worst experience and hadn't expected this from booking.com. Also no way to contact booking.com at that moment. I had to take my senior citizen parents to another hotel. Never going to again book through booking.com
