Localisation of the studio is excellent : close to a lot of restaurants in Tanah Rata, close to bus station, close to some activities departure and close to a lot of banks (to withdraw cash). The tenant is nice and will assist you if you need

The studio is riddled with damp and is far from clean. There are visible signs of dirt; the sheets aren’t very clean, and the cushions are dirty or even completely mouldy (see photos). The cutlery provided is very basic (no glasses), and it isn’t a proper kitchen for cooking, just a small space with a sink and a few pieces of cutlery. Finally, collecting and returning the keys will require you to be flexible and responsive on WhatsApp to get the instructions, which isn’t ideal.

Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Cafés etc. - alles direkt vor der Tür. Man hat regelmäßig auch Wasser in Form von neuen Flaschen aufgefüllt bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Die Zimmer sind ohne Schallisolierung. Daher sehr laut. In der Küchenzeile und auf dem Tisch liefen Ameisen. Die Bettlaken waren fleckig. Daher entstand ein „unsauberes“ Gefühl.

Centrale ligging en een ruim appartement. Vriendelijke host.

Groot complex en we hadden geen balkon of buiten. Dit wisten we wel op voorhand.

Room was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come again—highly recommended! Self check-in is very convenient, and got basement parking for car and motorcycle, very easy. Just a suggestion, maybe can provide a place to put luggage if arrive early since check-in is 3 PM. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom does not provide toothbrushes like most other homestays. I hope this can be improved in the future. The door lock also seems to have a slight issue, as it can sometimes be difficult to open. Additionally, it may be worth considering adding an extra lock inside the room for better safety

Free parking and easy. Spacious apartment. Nice view. Easy access to convenience store, food and town.

Отличные апартаменты, останавливались на одну ночь, остались довольны, всё комфортно и чисто, было приготовлено много бутылок с водой. Чудесный вид из окна. Ночью прохладно, здорово было поспать с открытыми окнами, а не кондиционером. Отдельное спасибо хозяину, который очень выручил нас. У нас закончился бензин за 10 км до пункта назначения, ночью, заправки все закрыты. Хозяин приехал за нами с ребенком и довез до апартаментов, чтобы мы не ночевали в машине. Огромная благодарность!
