Terrazzo sul lago

Good view from the the terrace, too bad for that, honestly, if that apartment had a makeover it would honestly make a good rental, expect for the actual building that is dirty and rubish everywhere.

Too hot, dirty, spider webs everywhere, we had old towels, been old for 15-20 years, dirty building. We stayed there with our children for 2 nights and when we got there it was soo hot inside we couldn't sleep. Spider web with spiders everywhere, the building was so dirty that we considered to find somewhere else to sleep on the second night but was over £250. The toaster was dirty, dusty and filled with bread crumbs, the grill on the stove was greasy and dirty we order just pizza to eat there. The only clean thing was the mini fridge that was probably new. It had an old smell inside, the sofa bed was already made and when we looked on the side of the sofa bed it had and old dirty duvet that supported the sofa bed. When I told the owner she said why I didn't told her when I arrived and that the toaster was dirty because of us and the cooker.. I got there at 10 o'clock at night after a 6 hours trip by car. She should have made sure that everything was clean and leavable not to clean after someone is complaning. I had a lot of bookings made through booking.com and I never complained, but this I can't oversee. And I forgot, we had fans that couldn't handle the heat, one of them was full of spider webs and when my husband turn it on a big wasp came out and got stuck in the spider web on the wooden ceiling. I would never recommend this place to anyone, I don't know how is still on booking.

The terrace it's fabulous, very big and unique view. The area it's beautiful, just a road and few houses with the mountain that almost touch the lake. Bus stop 20m from the flat with free busses to the lake, to the city center and to the mountains (take the bus 7 and it'll get you up to 1300m high with view over the lake and Alps). Flat isn't big but it's very clean

The apartment was located in a noisy area, right by the main road. The lake view from the terrace, shown in the pictures, was misleading, as there was not only the road but also a railway nearby. Inside, there was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. When we arrived and went to set up the bed for sleeping, we found insects, which were freely moving around the room. We refused to sleep there; even though it was late, we left for another location. We didn’t get our money back, and the price was extremely high for the location and services.
