Rooms are ok .. Rooms Amenities are not up to the mark . Service staff is good

The Front desk staff's behaviour is not good.. .I was asking on during check-in time room decoration...Not did ..not answering properly I complaint about room sizes .. He told me I have this rooms photo ...in OTA & Also Showing Bath Tub in Amenities.. they said we don't put ..doing a argument with the guest . I was ordered a Ginger Chai. I recieved plain tea. . i was complaining about the tea & ladline is not working . He shouted on me .. like I am his Servant..His name is Nadeem..( very bad Attitude). He is taking to me with the bad words in front of his juniors and saying since you are check in ... You are doing complaining about service and hotel If I am paying something so I am accepting get something... Thank you Harish Arora Director of Arora Travel Bali & India

Unacceptable hygiene conditions: there were rats in the ceiling which we could hear constantly and the room had a bad smell which felt toxic, either from the rats or from mold (in the bathroom it was even worse). There is no ventilation, and the ceiling of the bathroom was falling apart and disgusting. The only reason why we stayed the first few nights is because my friend was sick and could hardly leave the bed. We left as soon as he was fit. Also this feels place like a scam for tourists, because we paid close to 40 euros per night for a two bedroom, which is insane considering the conditions of the place. The included breakfast is a joke as well: a few slices of white bread stacked with cheap jam.

Location was good

No window in the room. Felt suffocated. Size of the room were incorrect in booking.com. Very small room.

The staff attended to all the queries immediately

Tidy and poor hygiene. Small room not worth the money.. dirty bed cover..
