Liked Location and helpful staff - besides that there is nothing!

Dirty bedsheets, dirty used towels, stained pillow covers, room smelling cigarette, no windows or ventilation. 2/3 times a day there was power cut, so AC did not work, and the room became unbearable. Overall much smaller room then in the photos, that would've be fine as their rates are low about US$ 35 (INR 3000) per night, but what is not fine is complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms are not at all soundproof, and it seems neighbors party a lot, so it gets very noisy. I checked out a day earlier than planned. Totally avoidable.

The room was terribly dirty. The bed linen was also dirty and had bedbugs. Probably the worst experience on Booking.

Only the location

We had 3 room changes. The last room was bigger but facilities lacking exactly same as 1st 2. Kitchen with absolutely nothing, no appliances at all, not even a kettle No iron, no hairdryer, no hot water, no windows,  Breakfast 1st morning (2 dry slices of white bread with a solid fried piece of egg in between served in a room where there isn't even space to move around, 2nd morning nothing, 3rd again same egg and bread situation, nothing after. Please process a refund for no breakfast as the booking included breakfast. Constantly noisy, very little sleep due to noise and movement throughout the facility during the night Bedding & towels in a very, very poor state Would not ever recommend anyone to stay here Air is damp and unhealthy because of no windows in any of the bedrooms No toiletries Just altogether awful
