Olive stone Villa

Nice view to the sea. The house was functional and kitchen fully equipped.

The private road to the villa is narrow and bumpy. The villa itself is far from any beach, if you'd like to go by foot it will be a whole jurney. The pictures of the villa are missleading. The garden outside was compleatly unusefull and not maintained at all. Umbrella and cradle in the garden from the pictures were missing. Billiard table from the pictures was ruined and not functioning. Although it was indicated that there are 4 bedrooms in the house in practice there are just 3 bedrooms. The 4th room was actually on the lowest level, something like a basement, with mattresses on the ground and a mould smell. The useless billiard table was in the same room actually taking space. There were private items scatterd all over the house as if somebody is living there and has just left for work. The water system of the house was wired, water pressure nor good at all. It takes a while to have even a "quick" shower. The air conditioner (where presented) was not working. The outer area was not clean at all and seemed that nobody has taken care for the garden for a long time. Since the very beginning there was presence of animals (goats!) in the yard who were approaching even to the door and were making mess and durtiness. Early in the mornings (arround 6-7 am) those creatures were making such nose that we could not sleep at all and had to go out and get them away until their next return. Not satisfied with the time and money spent at all.

The view from the terrace is amazing. the garden is large, nice and private. the house is big and comfortable and has a personal touch. the owner - Luka was very nice and helpful

the road to the house is bumpy and narrow. the air conditioning is not really functioning. we needed the car all the time - the villa is on the hill and the beach is far. one supermarket is close but if you go by foot you need to carry all the groceries up the hill.
