Chateau DeVille of West Shreveport

The room was large and in very good shape. They were on sight to help if anything was needed and to explan how to get in and out of the room. It felt like staying with family. Just perfect!

The GPS sent me to the wrong street. This became obviously the wrong location, so I just looked up the address and found it easily. I get lost easily, though. This place is easy in and easy out right off the main exit.

Conveniently located close to the freeway. The room was very cosy and had all the fscilities we needed. The owner left good information in the room, including a list of recommended local restaurants. We tried one and it was amazing.

There was mis-communication regarding the check-in. The owner emailed the information that morning, but my mobile doesn't roam, so I only received the email over wifi later that evening.

No breakfast, very clean and nice bathroom

Long flight of stair, Bed was way to firm and the pillow was thick and hard. No coffee machine.

Lovely, cosy place. Comfy bed, very clean and perfect for the night. Location is perfect with lots of eating places cose by.

The owners were absolutely delightful and it was exactly what I needed for my work trip!
