New Studio, it is super clean and has everything you need, comfortable bed and pillows, smart tv, kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, etc, it is super close to the supermarkets, but the best of all is the Host. Giannis is amazing, an excellent person, since day 1 he made us feel comfortable, he guided us a lot about which places we could visit according to the weather, wind conditions, etc. he checked on us often in case we needed something, he is also very friendly, during check out he offered us some Greek coffee and sweets! We will definitely come back to stay here and we highly recommend this place, thank you so much Giannis for your hospitality :)

Very hospitable and nice host

The studio may not be large, but it was enough for us. The studio equipment is surprising, there are many more useful things there than in other similar studio. A big plus is the washing machine and a very comfortable bed, as well as a wonderful owner who provides good advice and cares about the guests' comfort. There is a supermarket and the beach nearby. There is a bus stop close to the studio (e.g. lines 15, 21) from which you can quickly get to the center, walking along the beach/sea takes about 25 minutes. We recommend Giovanni's studio.

A cosy, modern yet purposefully furnished studio, very well equipped. The studio is located in a good neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac, so there is no road noise. Easy car parking. Helpful owner, offered us an umbrella right away when the weather changed.

An induction cooker and capsule coffee maker are good, but a small electric kettle would be useful for a quick boiling of water for tea.

the apartments are great, just amazing. The host is incredibly nice and helpful. We found everything we needed and even more. The washing machine is simply a miracle, it was very useful for us (after Samaria). Thank you, Giannis, everything the best for you!

Giannis is an awesome host who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home. He introduced us to Chania and Crete and suggested various beaches, restaurants and sights to visit. Furthermore he supplied us with an umbrella which was really useful for the wild beaches we visited. The accomodation itself is a bit off Chania's city centre but it's located on a peaceful street where you can easily park your car without issues. Travelling to Chania's city centre is best by public transport (bus 21) which is a 5 minutes walk from the accomodation. The apartment is conveniently situated nearby a supermarket as well as a very good coffee shop. I can easily recommend Giovanni's studio as a great starting point for exploring Crete and Chania!

Giovanni was a super kind host! The little studio has everything you could need, from hairdryer to flat iron or anti mosquito scents. We really enjoyed our stay. Big plus: you can close the wooden doors in front of the windows AND close the darkening curtains if you don’t like to get woken up by sunlight in the morning - amazing. The studio is located in an area that is not touristy at all, which was nice. A supermarket is very close by, it’s only a 6 min walk to the beach and you can do a 20/30 min walk to explore Chania.

Didn’t have hand soap and you kind of have to be a bit careful when showering to not wet the whole bathroom. That’s all
