"Pathetic & Horrible Stay, Very Rude Manager"

Staff should be Polite. Manager Kalyan was very Rude. I Booked through online for 2 Luxury Rooms . but when I went To Check in Rooms were Full.When I asked About my Booking Kalyan told they did not get any intimation. And told me to complain on online booking.When I showed him about my confirmation Message. He told he was not interested.
