"Good"

There is one staff member who speaks English, and he was very kind. The room was simple, but very clean.

The shared kitchen didn't have a kettle or a gas stove, so it was impossible to boil water or cook. The place is right by a main road, so its pretty noisy. The wifi doesn't work so well in the room.

Es un lugar muy amplio y muy tranquilo, el señor que nos atendió es muy amable y el lugar está situado muy cerca del centro de Tepoztlán. Es un lugar pet friendly, y en general en Tepoztlán hay muy pocos hospedajes en los que reciben mascotas. El hospedaje no requiere de anticipos, el pago se realiza hasta el check in.

Todo me gustó, tal vez cuidar un poco más las áreas verdes.

Building is quite new and the rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and peaceful at night.

Location is a bit far from town but close to the bus station. Rooms get quite warm in the day - they need to install fans in the room!
