"Spacious and very nice apartment with great location & impeccable service of hosts"

We had a lovely stay at Oliveri Vintage House! Very nice & clean apartment with a lot of space, quit sleeping and nice decoration. The location is great too, 10 min walk from the train station and 15 min to old city center. Access to apartment was very easy via key box and the hosts provide excellent service, before during and after stay. We highly recommend :-)

Dirty street/environment but aligned with how Palermo city is organised overall ... seems like there is no or few rubbish collection?

"Beautiful updated apartment."

A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Palermo. Close to many popular sites, the train station and the port. There is a nice small grocery store and many shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and modern. Ideal for longer stays. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

"Overall a good experience, but there is room for little improvements"

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything new and nice design. Located quite close to the centre.

The apartment got quite hot during the day and when you were away you couldn't leave the air conditioning on because the key that turns on the electrics was welded to the apartment keys. I don't understand why the host decided to do this, maybe for economy, maybe for safety reasons, but when you got back to the apartment it took a while for it to cool down. Even at night it was hot enough that you had to sleep with one of the ACs on. There was no machine to make you a quick coffee in the morning, but there was a coffee shop near the apartment.
