Air conditioning did not work. However, it was possible to change the room the next day. I never received the promised invoice by email.

Breakfast is a la Carte, but staff is happy to adjust based on your preferences. There is plenty of food and even if we went over the amount included, we weren’t asked to pay more. As a bonus, We also had the sunbed included on Reyna’s Beach area. That was a great surprise and staff was impeccable there too.

The location was close to the beach. The food was generally good, served neatly and fresh.

The breakfast was not very varied, only 4 types of omelets or eggs with bread, butter and jam. The juice was diluated with water or other things (like lemonade didn't only have lemons and honey - I never understood why restaurants, especially 4 stars do that). The food we got had some extra salty cheese. This is a trick to make you buy more beverages that is usually used by lower tier restaurants, didn't expect that from such a restaurant. The room's floor and the fridge were very dirty. We were late 2 hours because of train issues from the heat and the room was not mopped. Our son got his socks black in a matter of seconds and so were the soles of our feet. In almost a week since we were there they didn't even pick up the trash, nor did they clean although they visited our room. Once they even left the door unlocked. And other things, but because of the town hall's administration: the streets were dirty, full of trash around there and there were stray dogs even fighting among themselves.
