REYNA APART HOTEL

The apartment is conveniently located next to the beach. Max. 4 people can sleep there, it is big enough for indoor dinners, cooking, resting, etc. The place was relatively clean: there was dog food/cat food on the couch and after walking barefoot in the apartment my feet were quite dirty. Otherwise, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen were clean. We could check in at 21.00 which was convenient for us. The breakfast included in the price can be served next door at their restaurant which provides beautiful views over the sea. The sunbeds included in the price are comfy.

We were unable to directly speak to the reception as the number provided on Booking is incorrect: it is the number from the restaurant, not the reception. The restaurant gave us the number of the reception... After calling the reception for quite some time, we finally got through to the receptionist who told us that we needed to go to a different location than the one we booked, for check in. So the reception/check in place is not at the address provided on Booking. After refusing to go elsewhere to check in (because it was late in the evening, weren't even provided a street name just a different hotel's name and don't know the area), the receptionist brought the key, and breakfast vouchers to the place we booked. She was nice, but could not understand why we were confused by the check in location; anyway, later on she brought bedsheets as there were not enough in the apartment... Finally, the breakfast that's included is absolutely not worth €18 as they say: 5 meals to choose from, nothing vegetarian/vegan, no proper long coffee, breakfast food lacked taste and wasn't amazing at all (the views though, beautiful); that's the opposite of an excellent breakfast. For €18, you can have sooooo much breakfast food at different restaurants that care more for quality as well as quantity.
