Bloom Suite Hotel

The breakfast was sort of good and is consisted of the following: some plates with different types of food served to you to try a bit from each.

1. From the beginning of our stay till departure there was no internet access even though it was promised a technician to resolve it. 2. They don’t have blankets and rather the cover lies directly on the sheets with it being harsh and not suitable for covering during sleep. Another pair of sheets was requested as a blanket ( the same you sleep on). 3. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room upon our arrival. 4. There are no hangers in the bathroom for multiple towels. 5. The rooms are facing either the road or sidewalk, with the sidewalk facing the wall of another building. We had our deluxe room facing the road with a gas station being like 30 meters from the window (the hotel is facing a gas station and I believe for safety reasons it should not be that close). As you can assume it was very loud during the whole night and our stay with the opened window. It’s not good for someone who doesn’t like AC and prefers sleeping on an open window. 6. The slippers were very flat and not very comfortable. 7. The pillows were supper hard and it was very uncomfortable sleeping with them.

The location, the cleanliness everything was awesome it was a bit pricey I think.

Kettle and tea in room, but no cups to drink from, only paper cups that leak when hot water is used for tea.

It’s location is great, it’s clean, the staff is great. It is a bit pricey but it is almost worth it.

It could be a little bit cheaper.

In winter, there was a strong smell of coal outside, making it impossible to open the windows. It was also hard to stay outside because the air quality was poor.

Spacious room, big bed and large bathroom. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff.
