Nada comparado con las fotos. Las únicas ventanas daban a un lugar horrible raro con tanques y tuberias. No tiene las vistas bonitas que muestran, ni iluminación. Sin agua caliente, el lavabo tapado. Si buscas tranquilidad TAMPOCO ES EL LUGAR. Afuera había un señor gritando desde las 5 de la mañana. Te venden las fotos pero te hospedan en un departamento totalmente diferente. Iba sólo por 2 noches y desde la primera que contacté a los dueños solo dijeron " ah lo lamentamos, si quieres te pasamos arriba mañana".

Excelente instalaciones muy cómodos

Es muy céntrica la ubicación y queda muy cerca de todo! La habitación estaba limpia y con todas las comodidades en buen estado.

La presión del agua fría en la ducha estaba demasiado baja y calentador de agua para bañarse o el agua estaba caliente o calentísimo, nunca hubo un punto medio para poder bañarnos bien. Me tocó subir mi maleta de 23 kg al tercer piso sola por las escaleras porque no hay ascensor. Pero todo bien aparte de eso!!

The location was great. The apartment had a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The wifi didn't work. I asked when and if it would be fixed and was told it's the main cable to the building, and they are working on it. We stayed 5 days, and the wifi was never fixed. It also sounded like they were aware of the issue before we complained. It would have been more professional if they had informed us about it. We would have changed the locations because this affected our work.

Location is excellent. A side street but close to the Bosque and lots of restaurants and street vendors to choose from. The apartment is well equipped in the main and spacious. A good price for the size of apartment and location. We got instructions for entry in good time and this was straightforward.

Be aware, there is no one onsite. At all. We saw no staff in the 3 days we stayed. All communication (such as it is) is done on Booking or on WhatsApp, but as others have said, you won’t necessarily get a reply and usually not promptly. So if you had a serious problem, it’s unlikely you will get help quickly. Our example was minor but annoying. The check out is 11am, our flight was at 6pm. In a hotel, this would be no issue, of course they will store your luggage for you. So I asked, a week before our stay, can they store luggage for a few hours? No response… not until I was contacted again about providing my passport details (which I had already done). I asked again and was told yes, they can help us with our luggage. But once we arrived we realised, no staff, no reception and nowhere obvious that would be secure to store luggage (unless it was in your room). So I asked again and after waiting a day for a response, was told ‘our staff will show you where to put it’. What staff? I asked. No response. Right up until check out time when we resorted to a paid luggage storage place nearby (usd16) (Stashers). Never heard another single thing from them. I would add that Emiliano who messaged a few times when we were checking in, was friendly and warm. Jon was not. The wifi was terrible. The shower was mouldy - looked like someone had done half an effort to clean the ceiling and given up.

Ubicación y que la entrada es independiente no tienes que estar pidiendo autorización para subir bebidas o algo

La habitación 5 que me fue asignada en esta ocasion esta en malas condiciones el baño, contaba con mucha humedad y esos dias hubo tormenta fuerte de lluvia y se empezó a filtrar el agua en la puerta de la entrada. El agua salía de la pared justo encima del marco de la puerta principal para entrar al dpto.

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy adecuadas y cómodas

Me encanta el lugar, el precio lo vale muchísimo, me siento como en casa.

Hay demasiado ruido en la madrugada como si estuvieran aspirando, no cesan los ruidos pues estos son continuos y es lo que no deja descansar
