"Great apartment. Terrible check-in process."

The location was outstanding. The apartment was clean and the welcome bottle of water and bag of Hot Cheetos was nice.

The check-in process was completely scattered. There was no one there. When I went to enter I received no entry codes and contacting the support line was extremely unresponsive. Fortunately I was able to get the host and in the front door and he gave me a code to the apartment but unfortunately it was a key to the apartment and not a code and the only reason I was able to get into the room was that there was a person in the hallway that just happened to know where it was after calling the maid. For future bookings, a streamlined process would be of great help.

"Goede ligging!"

De ligging dichtbij Reforma was geweldig. En naast een leuk restaurantje Eno waar je goed kunt ontbijten en lunchen.

Gehorig door overige gasten in het verblijf die geen rekening houden met anderen. Aandachtspunt: verlichting boven wasbak badkamer niet geïnstalleerd.

Buena ubicación, el lugar super limpio, bien mantenido

Las puertas dentro del apartamento se abren de una forma super rara y cero intuitiva y están todas forzadas

La ubicación. Perfecta.

La chicas del aseo súper queridas, pero la administración, terribles. Nunca contestaron los teléfonos ni los mensajes, hubo un problema con la reserva de Booking y nadie respondía ni por WhatsApp, ni por el teléfono, ni por los mensajes de Booking. Fue una falta de respeto. Además, en este momento en el mismo edificio están haciendo una obra o remodelaciones, por tanto suena todo el día un taladro y herramientas lo cual dificulta trabajar desde allí. Por último, la cocina está muy mal equipada, ni siquiera tiene vasos, pocillos o cucharas.

La verdad las personas super atentas, a pesar de que no había alguien físicamente recibiéndote, estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento, y me apoyaron con algunas cosas que dejé en la habitación.

El hecho de que no haya estacionamiento ni te den opciones de uno cerca. Hay lugar de parkímetro fuera, pero si da cosa dejar el auto en la calle.
