Superb cottage. Amazing kitchen and livingspace, wonderfull enclosed terrace and garden. Luxurious bedrooms and batchroom. No critical points can be mentioned!

Everything about this property was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. 20 mins pleasant walk into centre of Downham Market so great location. Garden and patio area superb, spacious accommodation and well equipped with Everything you would need. I would definitely book again if I was in the area.

"The perfect 3 night stay with friends."

Such a beautiful cottage with lots of space. The kitchen/dining area is such a lovely social space - we ended up spending all our time in this area! The kitchen has everything you need, including an air fryer. The living room also has a lovely big comfy sofa. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms decorated beautifully. The entire cottage was very up to date. The garden is such a plus, unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favour but if we were to visit in the warmer months, the garden would be ideal. The perfect 3 night stay with friends.

The dining / kitchen / living area was fabulous, we never used the front room.

Nothing, it was perfect….. well……. hot tub would be nice ☺️
