Carter House Inns

The breakfast was delicious! The bed was comfortable and the staff was lovely.

As a non-drinker some nice alternative to the free wine would have been nice, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment.

The location was perfect. You are in a quite part of the downtown area.

This hotel was advertised as "pet friendly" even upon check-in we were told all these positives about being pet friendly. But then we are out to dinner on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend getting told the dog is being a nuisance to other guests. We come back to check and yes was she whining sure, but is it a packed hotel on a holiday weekend, also yes. If I had complained about every sound, stomp from above us, conversation we could here I would have been a miserable person. I would be weary of anyone staying there thinking its accommodating to anyone traveling with animals.

Passed by eureka for 1 night. Great stay and food and a lovely little town.

Nice older home remodeled. Good breakfast.

A few homeless noisy folks nearby. No refrigerator or microwave in room we booked.

Proximity to downtown. Easy to reach on foot. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet, plus hot food made to order

No complaints.
