Graça means Grace

The location of the apartment is great. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Alfama and 15 minutes from the centre. It's hilly, so if you cannot walk a lot, there are trams and busses just around the corner. The apartment was clean, cosy and can accomodate 4 people. It is decorated with style and has great energy. Kitchen is fully equipped, including the dishwasher. There is a washing machine as well. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers, as well as the living and dining area. Everything was working and there was no moist in the apartment which is a common problem in Lisbon. All rooms had heaters, so we had no problem with keeping the apartment warm at night. Adel was a fantastic host. He gave us all necessary instructions. He even sent us points of interest in the neighborhood in the google maps few days before we arrived, like stores, transport stations, restaurants, caffes, pharmacy, etc. Value for the money was great. We would love to return to Lisbon and we would probably book the same apartment.

Apartment ad everything we needed and the location was great.

We spent a week in this apartment, in January 2024. Adel is a great host, warm, friendly, flexible and available. Helped us with basic info about the city a few days before our arrival, waited for us in the apartment even though we were late, responded to e-mails very quickly. Everything was exactly as it is specified in the details about the apartment, and in the pictures. It is clean, simple, and very well equipped, even for much longer stays (full kitchen, hair dryer, towels and linens, strong wi-fi, dishwasher...) so we had zero problems with this accommodation and enjoyed everything. Since both bedrooms have their own bathroom, the apartment could probably accommodate more people. The location is amazing, 15 min walk to the main points in the center or a short bus ride. Buses and trams for every direction are very near (during are stay, we easily explored every part of the city, and used public transport to go to Nazare, Cascais and Cabo da Roca for a day trip). A lot of little and a few larger shops, bakeries, cafes, beautiful viewpoints are available in the neighborhood. The streets are quite historical, authentic and interesting. We felt totally safe. For people who cannot walk through steep streets, uphill and downhill cobblestones daily, or parents with baby strollers, this may not be the best part of the city. Also, if you are supersensitive to sounds, this building does not provide a total sound isolation and silence, and the apartment is on the ground floor so you hear the front door. For us it was all perfectly ok, but I imagine for someone it could be a problem. We loved the city, and the apartment, and would gladly be back here. :)
