Lovely accommodation only a 10 minute walk from the sassi districts. Very comfortable bedroom and bed, fully useable kitchen and a powerful shower with plenty of hot water. The host and her son were absolutely lovely - communication with them was excellent.

I liked everything. Perhaps just a couple of t towels in the kitchen to help when washing up?

Good location, clean and comfortable. Happy with choice

Parking is a minor issue but we were advised in advance so ony small problem. We found safe parking across road near construction site. And if a bar fridge and microwave were included in room a higher rating would apply

Spotless clean, very comfortable, ideal location - super close to both train station and city center, very easy check in. Perfect stay altogether! My favourite detail were the authentic tiles in the bedroom. oh and prepare for the best night of sleep in your life - the bed is really comfortable, the shades keep the room totally dark, and the area is very quiet.

Everything was perfect!!! So calm! So clean! It has everything you need!!! I was searching for quite place without noise.. and I found it!! New furniture! Typical Italian building! I recommend it from all my heart!
