Mattress is good, water pressure is strong, have separate shower & bathtub, view is nice, very private surrounding

Room very basic (no TV), cleanliness should be better, no air circulation (faulty exhaust fan in bathroom & no ceiling fan), parking need to pay per entree (RM6).

"Toilet dirty"

The toilet is very dirty like nobody cleans it before. The bed is very awful. Two single beds combined. Seriously can you imagine, then I ask for different room but the staff told all room same bed. Two single combined. Can imagine how awful. Bad service from the staff. Never book with this agent again. Overall imperio resident is a very nice place. Love it
