On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful if clueless

Do not stay in this dump, the bed and the chairs are covered in thick plastic obviously to extend their life span, something that can't be said about the mattress which is saggy and lumpy and more akin to a torture instrument, the room is small and dingy, the TV is the size of a small computer screen, not that I matters as it doesn't work anyway, the Food is horrible, the Bean soup was literally a can of blended baked beans and the steak was so tough my Caterpillar work boots would have been the more tender option, we booked for 4 nights and left after the first, this "Hotel" is quite likely the worst place I've ever stayed at.

The room is spacious but no wifi , no DSTV , bathroom tile broken can cause injury , bath tup is perfect very nice but as soon as you let the water out it is al over the floor.The fitting is also leaking , the water taps is not properly secured leak water , towel holder for small towels is loose.The toilet is placed in the corner next to the water basin .You need to sit skew on the toilet which is not good.Shower is working fine.

This place is unsafe due to gate left open for day visitors for the swimming pool , the day visitor is taking over on the pool and the bar and late at night they order food from kitchen so your security gate is constantly open.

Good location from the north of the park. Super friendly staff.

It felt like a prison in a not so nice area. The complete property smelled like food.

Normal accommodation but the cooking is quite good. The staff is well prepared but more than in other accommodations.
