Room was very clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortabel and clean. Bathroom clean and tidy. Owner very helpful and friendly.

Unclear which bathroom belonged to who (other renter’s mistake). This is to be sorted. Warm water for shower could be a bit more powerful, the electric heater doesn’t suffice. Property is “still in the making”. But it will be great in a few months.

Friendly hoast good facilities comfortable.

Finding g the place in the dark was hard work as the post code only gives a approximate guide 3words would be better.

Very clean and quiet house.. Got everything what is needed. I can recommend to anyone who is looking for short or long stay.

Stayed here recently and wouldn’t recommend it. Got woken up in the middle of the night by loud conversations and heavy footsteps from the room above—whoever was up there clearly had no regard for other guests. The noise continued for ages and made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the lock on the room door didn’t work, which is completely unacceptable from a safety standpoint. I expected better—won’t be coming back.

Hostress wasn't home. So another guess let us in and showed us our room. Hostesses washing all over the floor in our shower room. Toilet was separate, and others used it as it seemed it more of a communial one than our private use. Room wasn't just a garden view - it was a conservatory walk through to garden view. Very loud creaky floors from upstairs, which kept me awake. Could hear laughing and chatter, very loud. After getting to sleep, I was woke up by the vacuum cleaner and hostess shouting at a child.
