property is very shitt too smelly and no have any thing there no coffee no anythng hot water katal is very shitt too smelly no any door lock and very shit i was not live there we leave the property within 1 hour and go to another hotel

everythng is shit dogss in room which room they gave me to live dogs hairs at bed coffee katel is shit in side have milk burn and too smelly i like in side have milk from 10 days bathroom is very dirty and at bath tub have towels in side the bath tub water is continuously falling to floor we not live there just money is waste we not book hotel from booking com next time premier inn option is good my money is wasted i was book another room at the point double money waste

The house is in a lovely quiet area, close to some nice looking pubs and restaurants. The bedroom was sweet, well decorated and comfortable, with a fan provided in case we got too warm, a TV with netflix/Amazon capability, plenty of storage and also a comfy chair so you didn't just have to sit on the bed. The hosts also provided tea and coffee making facilities in the room and complimentary biscuits which was a cute touch. The host Liz was super friendly and bubbly. We were welcomed on arrival, advised where to park, shown around the house and everything was well explained. Liz couldn't have been nicer. The bed was comfortable and the room, linens and all areas really were spotlessly clean.

There were a few niggly things like no bin in the room or bathroom, no teaspoons with the cups to make tea and the towels were missing but they were provided a short while later when we mentioned it, there's also a loud creaky floor in the bedroom (that's not something they can fix easily though). The biggest issues were that when booking, it stated "Private Bathroom" in at least three places on the page and confirmation email. We were allocated a bathroom upon arrival and told it was just ours, however, other guests were using it and when challenged we were told by the hosts husband that we definitely do not have our own bathroom and it is shared. The other guests should have actually been using the "Family" bathroom up the hall as they were in the Family room, this was explained by Liz clearly, however her husband disagreed and it was all a little confrontational, in the end we were forced to share. There was also a dog and a cat in the house which was not mentioned on the listing, I am allergic to cats and really don't like dogs so this, along with the bathroom issue made us very uncomfortable, we left after the first night of our booking. It's a shame because the room was so nice.

Very good price for the location. Host is very sociable and put lot of effort in to ensure a good accommodation experience. More like a hostel rather than a hotel experience.

Neat, good communication, lovely hosts, comfortable space

Comfortable bed. Quiet location in residential area in private house. Laid back owners, easy to get along with. Close to shops. Onsite parking. Lots of coffee and tea bags. Able to use kitchen facilities

Although relatively clean, a bit of maintenance work is needed. Bedroom door did not lock, carpet and walls could do with upgrades. Toilet lid broken. Overal, value for money.
