The arrival situation was unsatisfactory. Having to ring to get a key code is not a normal procedure. No email or sms to share arrival process received, no monitored doorbell, - there are many ways this process could have been better. Even once inside it wasn’t clear which rooms were where.

The uncloseable front door gave major security concerns The downstairs shower didn’t have running water The fire stick TV needed an Amazon code to use, even after downloading the app. I gave up
