LVCentrally located appartment in silent street, in less than 10 min walking distance from main attraction areas and restaurants & fish market. Clean, light and stylish appartment with all the amenities you need and Sicilian accents in Modern interior. Good for longer family stays (well equiped kitchen). Good street and paid (1€/24h) parking options. Irēne is a Great host, welcoming and very easy to communicate with.
Key collection is a bit challenging as there is no lockbox, and if you have travel delays, you have to make sure there is someone to give you the keys. Apartment has instastalled videocamera in living room, which you'd like to be informed in advance. Also shower would be nice to fix to avoid leakages.
USUp stairs Main room was large and comfortable, second room has no air conditioning but with a sky light and 2 single beds. Downstairs living room, dinning room was large. Bathroom is downstairs and not suitable for mobility issues. One panel of shower door was missing and host replaced with shower curtain next day after contacted host. Checkin wasn’t as flexible, have to meet host at property at 3pm to get keys.

SKAbsolutely loved this accomodation which surpassed my expectations. Irene waited for me at the house and showed me the whole place and its equipment. She didnt had a problem to communicate and recommended me a good scooter rental which was perfect in the end. If you are looking for a beautifull, reasonably priced accomodation with full equipment and close to rhe center (about a 7 minute walk to the duomo) then look no further. Bed was comfortable, bathroom big enough with a separate bidet, air conditioning in both living and bedroom which helped to keep cool in the hot summer. When I will return to Catania I will surely come back to this beautifull place. Grazie mille!
Probably the guest before me damaged one shower door so they had to remove it for repair, but it wasnt a big problem. Otherwise there was nothing wrong
UAExcellent apartments. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. Fish market 5 minutes walk. There is always the possibility to park a car near the apartments. All small disadvantages are compensated by good advantages.
