Thank you, very close to the beach, clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly kind service. We will come back :)

Super for relax just in front of the door, or on the closed beech with private access. Super welcoming by owner and private parking on the property with electric gate.

When you don't have considerate neighbors, you hear a lot of noise through the walls and ceilings. No one brought breakfast as advertised, however there was coffee and a small industrially made snack in the room

It was very convenient, close to the beach :) Very clean and modern.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the Villa Maria Elena, the best spot if you don't want to travel or commute to the beach, as the location of the villa is absolutely perfect, really by the sea.... 30mt, just easy one... Excellent service by Lucia, she was a perfect match for us, always happy to help, explain whatever and whenever we needed a help with something, or were missing in our room for a use. Big thumb up for her.

Despite the fact that we enjoyed the time spent in Capo Vaticano and in the vill, there is a big minus from our side and that's that the wall are super thin, so you can literally hear everything what your neighbours are doing or even saying. That was the biggest downside, definitely worth for a owner to look at it, and make some changes for the future guests, for their comfort and privacy. Also, very unfortunate: we didn't have a window in our apartment, that's something I was missing, personally.

It was amazing. We liked the closeness to the beach. It was only 20 steps. Breakfast was good.

The staff was lovely, really nice people. The place itself was beautiful - both the room and the location. And the beach was amazing! It was an all-around lovely experience.

The room was a little cold and I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. That's on me, though, I'm not good with technological stuff.

Proximity to beach and peaceful tucked away location.

General area could do with a few improvements just a little tidier in presentation. WiFi should extend to patio area. A kettle would be most welcoming.
