Loch Lomond Riverside Apartments A

When we arrived and tried to get into the property that we’d booked 6 months prior, there was no key. I rang the owner she said it’s been double booked! Someone would be with us in 10 mins, 20+ mins later someone arrived, not sure I believe the story she gave us, was offered somewhere “2 mins drive away” for 1 night then 1 night back at this property. Ok things do go wrong with bookings but the fact they knew straight away and then only dealt with my by text message is poor. There was plenty of time for them to notify us of a double booking. Luckily we found a nearby hotel which was extremely friendly, helpful, comfortable and a perfect location. In future just notify people as driving all the from England to find out we had no where to stay was stressful and unnecessary if we’d just been notified in advance.

Property had a stale smell. Needs air freshener, oil or candles

Location, spotless inside, gardens so well kept and fairy garden lovely. Had everything you’d need. Would stay again on a hop to Loch Lomond.

Nothing not to like at all! A bath mat would be the only thing I’d suggest :)

Walking distance to Balloch castle and a supermarket. Had separate rooms living, bed, kitchen bathroom and a bathtub/ shower. Well equiped for cooking. Good wifi.

Very small. Only a small double bed fits the bedroom. The car park was a long walk exposed walk from the apt entry so in the very wet weather we had it was inconvenient.

Well equipped apt with superb scenery. Feeling calm and serene as you soaked under the sun, facing yatches. Compound is tastefully decorated with flowers and ornaments. Plenty of comfortable sofa, throws, netflix and best of all, a tub to soak the tired feet.

Was in een woonwijk waar wij normaal niet zouden komen, arbeiderswijk, niets verkeers mee bedoeld maar dat was wel ff doorheen kijken

The property was clean, comfortable bed.

When we arrived the property was very hard to find and quite a walk to get to it, had to walk down an alley behind some garages in the dark. Even though the property was clean it smelled damp and musty and only a tiny little bit of toilet paper so we had to go to the shop and buy.
