It is brały nice place to stay. But…

Personel is not replying to messages…I wrote two weeks before my visit to ask about early check in…. They replied at 2 o’clock in the night on the day of my check in - in italien - no, check in starts at 14. I even offered to pay extra for it. I understand that those are the rules , but when i called at 14 how should I do my check in when nobody is answering the doors- personel was unprepared and couldn’t communicate in English. I think this is your way of incom- you should be more towards costumer service…

Location is really good and staff was very communicative with everything we needed. Room was spotless clean, exactly as advertised with even small suprises! Jacuzzi was perfect to relax after a long day in Palermo. Definitely recommend!

The mattress even though very comfortable has been worn out in the middle creating a dent, and my girlfriend and I kept rolling onto each other. The second one isnt so much related to the room, but if you're thinking of getting a car there don't. The location is close enough to everything you'd like to see and driving in Palermo is a crazy experience and looking for parking even crazier.

Bed was not comfortable, mattress dipped in the centre. We both got back ache in the morning.

Beautiful room, excellent communication and a lovely stay!

The only minor thing is I think a guest book of some sort inside the room with lots of informtation would be useful so we didn't have to message asking questions but honestly, it was a brilliant stay!

It's the perfect stay in palermo. It has everything, and the best location. Great for a couple and highly implore to check the restaurants nearby
