Home from home, facilities fabulous, very clean and spacious, very comfortable and great value for money. Would definatly return, thank you

Extremely steep stairs but this is part of the cottages character and history, not that didnt like just to mention if elderly might struggle

Location was perfect and Matt is a great host.

No power point in the bathroom

So central to all of Conwy. Comfortable and exceptionally clean. Even my mum was impressed and that takes a lot!

Parking is tight tight tight but thankful we had parking.

Situated in the middle on Conwy

‘Lux’ is not the moniker I would use to describe this property. It has been redecorated, to a price point, but without much thought to comfort and livability. Lacks basic amenities that make apartment Accomodation worthwhile such as a wardrobe, any facility to dry clothes, kitchen condiments such as salt/pepper and tea bags. The coffee machine sat in a cupboard never used and not worth the trouble. Cutlery and kitchen utensils are kept in two boxes in a cupboard due to the lack of a cutlery drawer in the kitchen. The toilet paper roll sat loose on the windowsill, no holder. The ‘outdoor terrace’ was uninviting - high-walled grey stone, dusty, overgrown with weeds, bare-metal slat furniture in need of cushions. There was room for cupboards/ storage in the apartment but they have not been fitted. The stairs should come with a safety warning. Anyone with even a minor lower diability or frailty could not stay here. The on street parking was diabolical. Nothing was mentioned about parking until the very last check-in message.

Modern, great location

Unfortunately the hand towel hadn’t been changed, nor one pillowcase. Few basic things missing that could have been there… washing up liquid, hand soap etc.

Great location in the heart of Conwy. Easy walking to restaurants shops etc. Parking outside the front door. Clean comfortable accommodation with all necessary equipment.

There was 4 of everything - plates, glasses etc. Just enough. A couple of spares might have been useful in case something was accidentally broken. Otherwise great
