Great hotel, good location and the staff very friendly. My wife didn't make breakfast so the owner kindly offered to make her a breakfast sandwich which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host, comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Nicola went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Free on-site parking and just the right distance from the beach front.

As it was so warm during our stay, a fan in our room would have been lovely, but we understand this is not standard in the UK.

"Beautiful place for a night away at the seaside"

Beautiful hotel really nice modern feel to it and the whole place was immaculate. The hosts was lovely couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, has the comfiest beds. Would highly recommend for a place to stay in Skegness.
