1. Microwave cord short, couldn't reach power point. 2. No Ironing board 3. We requested for second wine Glass but was never brought. 4. Only 1 plate in cupboard. 5. Only 1 towel.

They double booked us, so I never stayed at the property. I am still waiting for my refund, I have called, sent messages and emails to the property and booking.com. With no reply or help I have given up.

Every thing was dirty, floors were dusty Smelt like pee Shower leaked and dirty Toilet didn't flush Walls were dirty

I was stranded because... ¶ I booked & paid for the room 2days prior; ¶ the booking was confirmed; ¶ when I arrived to check-in, I was told I have no room and they apparently notified me; ¶ I find that the message was send that same morning of my arrival, while I was in the plane; ¶ there are 2 places with the same name;
