Hyatt House Leeds

Great hotel, brand new and very reasonably priced!! Great location near the station. Reception staff were very friendly and a lovely breakfast.

Stayed at Hyatt House for 1 night. Room was modern, clan and comfy. Huge tv, comfy sofa with footstool, kitchenette equipped with many utensils, pots etc, microwave, kettle and pod coffee maker. Its an ideal distance from train station, restaurants and coop around the corner. Staff was excellent and friendly. Had a great time. Will definitely stay there again 👍

Great location - quiet and as new very clean and modern. Would recommend as same cost as premier inn / travelodge etc and includes bkfst

The Hyatt hotel is beautiful five minutes walk to trinity very good location and the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean beds were amazingly comfortable had a really pleasant stay for me and my daughter

This is a newly opened hotel, but you can tell it still needs a few things to improve. There were no garbage cans in the room, no remote control for the TV, the fridge was not working, etc. I'm not sure why they include cooking utensils in a room with just a microwave and fridge, no sink, no stove. The staff was great, but the breakfast was average and needed variety. Maybe some cold cuts and more fruits. The hotel is in a great location, within 5 minutes' walking distance to the old town, train, and many restaurants and shops.

Overall has the potential to be a great hotel, like others we experienced teething problems ( hotel not long opened ) upon check in, ie: TV in room not working, no tea/coffee or cups just saucers ! was resolved by changing rooms but took an hour for reception to organise. Breakfast was amazing with huge choice of hot / cold food. Staff very freindly , excellent location.

Proved to be a hidden gem that’s perfectly placed in the city centre so only a short walk from the train station. Modern and clean design with attentive and professional staff present at the desk throughout every point of our stay.

Great hotel in a great location with added extra of a small kitchenette so you can prepare your own food and drinks (Hyatt House). Room wasn’t ready even though I checked in after 3pm and had to wait nearly half an hour which wasn’t great. Did offer me a complimentary drink to make up for it.

Great check in , fantastic room, comfortable bed. Bathroom small and terrible cheap toilet roll. Never got breakfast, arrived 930, still hadn't got a table at 10 when service stopped .

Amazing stay, rooms are beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Good selection for breakfast, all staff are professional.
