Everything.... the host, the room, kitchen (cooking facilities) the roof top terrace, the cleanliness.... I have no complaints about this place what so ever .... I will DEFINITELY be back ....Keep up the good work Mehdi 👌👌👌

Was right near the beach and plenty of amazing local restaurants in walking distance, place was tidy and my hosts were super lovely and helpful

Shower could be a little sporadic with hot water and pressure going from hot to cold or good to no pressure but feel this can also be quite common at so places in morocco

I booked Free Birds Hostel because of the reviews for the owner Medhi. And it was a great decision. I defy anyone to find a kinder, more considerate and thoughtful host than Medhi. Nothing was too much trouble. A good breakfast is included in the price, which Medhi will bring up to the roof terrace for you if you so desire. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with various fresh scents in the rooms and washrooms. On my last evening there, all the guests were treated to a free couscous meal prepared by Medhi and his lovely wife Selma. The hostel is in a good position, being only ten to fifteen minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. I met some very nice and interesting people there as well, which of course is the bonus of being in a hostel atmosphere. Highly recommend. 🌞

Mehdi is the best host, he is caring always ready to help and share his artistic skills. The hostel is cozy, with an open kitchen to a living area where to stay with other travellers. Rooftop is super nice, where bonfires, movie nights and more are on from time to time. I am so glad of meeting Mehdi and the warm welcome on his hostel

Good hanging out space on the terrace. Friendly and very helpful owner. Good location and pleasant walk to the beach.

I liked everything will definitely stay here again, very short walk to beach and sun is always shining. Lots of excellent surf spots by foot and by car.
