Communication with the host was excellent, very clean, all you needed like your home, close to train station which was particularly good for us, off road parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! The space was perfect for two adults, a child, and even our small dog. The location was convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was accommodating and responsive, making our experience enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us!

Very convenient.

Freezing cold in the flat when we arrived. Kitchen light didn't work. Took a lot of phone calls and messages to get our deposit back although the landlord was very pleasant trying to sort it out.

Lovely quiet location, no noise. Easy instructions to get the key out of the security box.

Opened the first door to the stairs that leed up to the apartment and was welcomed with a disgusting dirty blue carpet, patches of paint work and a funny smell. Once in the apartment it looked clean from a distance however there was damp up the wall where the sofa bed is and in the bedroom in the corner of the wall. Kitchen light didn't work, toilet seat was broken, freezer was dirty. Went to run a bath before getting ready to go to a wedding but there was no hot water coming out, host explained hot water was on a timer but for us as a family of 4 that's no good, shower gave hot water but pressure was so poor, the pull cord for the extractor fan was broken and dirty, the extractor fan itself was covered in dust and dirt. Parking space allocated was already taken so had to park next to it luckily didn't have to park on the street as its permit holders only. When cooking food under the grill it set off smoke alarm, kitchen window locked so couldn't open it. When messaging host about getting the deposit back he said it was air bnb, after nearly 2 weeks of no deposit I spoke to booking.com which told me it was down to the host which they got in touch with, then within a few days the deposit was back in my bank.

Very comfortable apartment in a pleasant residential area. Ideal for couples or small family. Fantastic location for train connections to London or Oxford. Ten min. walk to Wycombe high street and Eden shopping center. Also a walking distance to local parks.
