ZAThe lady Ipmilo was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and always checking on us and helpful.
The gate needed to be opened manually by Ipmilo every time we needed to come in or go out.
ZAZAZAI was not pleased at all the pictures on the app is not what is there, no kettle in the room, the fridge is not working and I had to bath with cold water I'm expecting my refund as I was out on Sunday morning
