Nice design. A lot of light. Kitchen and sofa area is nice and cozy.

There is bar across the yard. You could hear the music till 5am even with closed window (but not the worst situation). With closed window (to reduce the outside noise) it was to hot to sleep and there are no air conditioner or fan to help. The ventilation in the bathroom is bad, we showered in the evening and in the morning it was still all humid. Probably in the heating season it is not an issue.
