Alpine Lake Motel

I felt safe staying here and the Interim Manageress was so helpful.

The TV was a little confusing to use but it all worked out fine.

Good location, walk distance from the lakeside, hot water beach, cafe and restaurants. Nice accommodation, clean and comfortable, great bathroom with spa bath, has everything you need.

Window blinds are not clean and the dust goes on the bed, we just closed it. Bath cap leaks, but works well. Nevertheless, minor flaws didn't affect overall good impression.

Bed was a bit soft for our liking, otherwise all good thank you

Had a late night check in which was not an issue for the property owners.

Comfy and clean stay very close to the Lake. Toiletries provided in bathroom and big spacious bathroom and room. Kitchen well equipped.

We struggled getting our laundry dry (we realised too late the dryer was set on cold setting, if you do laundry double check this!) however the laundry facilities are excellent and clean and tidy

View from our room was great. Room was clean and well fitted out. There was a nice selection of coffee's, biscuits, hot choc etc - I find so many hotels getting really stingy with these, but this one was great. It was nice to be able to make a nice nespresso in the morning. We also loved the little breakfast boxes, they were perfect for me and my son. Lastly the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back!
