Helpfulness of receptionist on check in to move room from the one booked. Quiet location with a 10 minute walk of the town centre bars and restaurants. Car parking. Kitchenette was really useful for breakfast in room.

I found the bed uncomfortably soft which gave me a sore back for days after our stay.

The smell in the room and the mattress seems springs were very worn needed and upgrade carpet could do with changing out too.

Great communication and a lovely welcome from the lady at the reception. The room was well equipped, spacious with good modern decor and good value for money. The location of the motel was ideal, near enough to the town centre, but far enough away from any noise coming from bars or restaurants.

For us, there really wasn't anything to dislike.

Very friendly staff, parking on site, laundry facilities. Spacious room. Nice view of the garden and lake in the distance.

Not much. We were in a unit at the far end, (mountain view?) the slight step there in front of the service cupboard is a trip hazard and should be highlighted. Hairdryer was very weak indeed. Little further out from town than we anticipated.
