The woman who owns this property Natalie is the most unprofessional individual I've ever met in my entire life. I made a booking and a soon as I entered the property the smell was so bad I instantly sent her a message thankfully on booking.com She responded and said she would send someone out the next day this wasn't good enough as the whole apartment smelt like a really bad gutter smell. I then noticed it was coming from the bathroom I messaged again on the app and she responded I told her I couldn't even stay the first night so I was leaving. This woman is a fraud and a compulsive liar she told me on the app I would get refund and told booking.com that I lied to get my money back so she completely turned on me. Luckily for me I had all communication on booking.coms app. This isn't the first time she's been so unprofessional and rude I booked directly with her company Lavish lettings and one time she last minute cancelled my booking without notice when I asked why as I reached Manchester she said i done a fraudulently booking as my bank card was registered to an old address. I'm a professional woman how dare she even accuse me off this. I would fully avoid this woman she's so unprofessional and I definitely will be updating my review with screenshots off all communication made between us and how this woman has lied. Avoid at all costs she is so unprofessional and thank god booking.com could review the chat they also seen the lies and fully refunded my money. Never in my life would I book with you again

Fab wee apartment, location was fab. Would definitely stay again when visiting Manchester
