The hotel was like home only. Rooms are neat and clean. The owner Mr. Gopal Yadav ji is such a good person, he personally make sure that you are comfortable with services and also a very helpful person. Given all help and guidance to visit Ujjain.

The owner of the property and his family were very supportive and helping. I usually refrain from writing reviews but this time I was very much impressed by the sense of responsibility he had for the visitors. Too good. Will definitely recommend.

We have taken food outside. If we ask, the owners are willing to arrange for it. The owner Mr. Gopal and his son Karan are most cooperative with in mates. Even though we reached very late due to train delay , they enquired us by mobile and even sent their auto to Railway station . They are happy to provide service in temple visiting and local sight seeing . Mr Gopal helped to plan our stay even at other places like Indore and Bhopal. I recommend to stay here to new people to get help of them in their tour .

The owner told that they are still developing the property and once it completed planning to provide with full modern amenities and hence no much issues.

Hospitality was excellent. Owner please make foodings also available to give a homely touch.

There was lack of safety tools like in case of disaster safety plans to evacuate the buildings, in case of electrical faults fire due to short circuit availability of fire cylinder, absence of cylinder on floor to check normal fire or LPG fire, no display chart of emergency contact number of local police station, fire station, hospitals, doctors as well as other's emergency numbers. No first Aid Kits were in reception. Inside the room there must be a dustbin to keep the garbage.

Awesome services and Staff members were honest and caring.Would like to stay again We didnt feel like we are staying in hotel it's like home.

Owner and staff was very helpful, owner was helping in all possible ways, he arranged everything in most affordable price. He had a good knowledge of city and good contact. We had a happy stay. Recommended for others.
