Luxury room Erceg

located right at the entry to the old town which was fantastic. close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and all of the tourist hotspots in the town. very easy to find. the room was clean and modern. the room was a little small but was enough for a solo traveller. the host allowed for early check in and a safe space to leave bags after checking out.

there was a strong smell coming from the sink, may have been caused by infrequent use of the sink over winter. there were also gaps around the blinds in the bathroom, i felt as if people could see in while the shower was in use. other than that, a great room.

Booked with breakfast included. But when we met the owner she said breakfast not included. She had not renewed breakfast with Booking this year. But later she gave us voucher to redeem at restaurant. So worked out well in the end.

Very nice apartment in the center of the city. Everything is really clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The apartment is modern and the location is excellent.

The location was superb, although Zadar old town is small you can get everywhere from anywhere really easily. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The room was lovely, had everything, and was very comfortable to stay in!

Even with the help from the host I couldn't adjust the shower temperature. It was either ice cold or boiling, which was a shame. Also, it was a bit loud at night and the walls aren't soundproof.

Location is perfect - right at the entrance of the old town. Everything is near and you don't have to drag your luggage very far through crowded, narrow streets. Everything else was great, too.

Comfy room in a great area, best suited for a short stay while traveling solo. The breakfast is very good, don't miss a chance to go there. Super-friendly communication and quick request-solving by the host.

A bit too loud in the night.

Wow! These family-run rooms are so amazing! It was a little hard to find, however, the owner's granddaughter was waiting outside for me. She was so lovely and explained everything in detail. I felt very welcomed. There are so many little touches that are so sweet. For example, there were some free drinks in the fridge and free coffee and tea. The breakfast was quite nice, it is provided about a five-minute walk away. The location is absolutely perfect, right in Old Town! I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back.

The only problem I had was the shower. It was explained that I had to keep the hot water switch on so I didn't touch it however the shower was lukewarm and then went cold after a while. This may have been my fault though!
